Terms of Service

Welcome to All Things Goodness! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Home Bakery & Cottage Food Notice

  • All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture. We operate under Pennsylvania Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of certain non-potentially hazardous baked goods directly to consumers.

  • Each product is labeled in compliance with Pennsylvania cottage food requirements, including a full ingredient list and allergen information.

Allergen & Food Safety

  • While we do offer some gluten-free and nut-free items, all of our products are made in a shared kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other allergens.

  • We take great care to prevent cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should use their discretion before ordering.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted through our official channels (online, email, or social media messages).

  • Large Special Occasion orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due before pickup/delivery is scheduled.

  • Your order is not considered confirmed until payment is received.

  • All Things Goodness and It’s members reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations of small orders (less than $50) made within 5 or more days before scheduled pickup may be eligible for a partial credit toward future orders.

  • Cancellations of small orders (less than $50) made less than 5 days before scheduled pickup are not eligible for refund or credit, as ingredients and prep work begin in advance.

  • Cancellations less than two weeks of large special occasion orders(greater than $50) if paid in full at the time of purchase, will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.

  • Cancellations of large orders (greater than $50) that are secured with a 50% deposit will not receive a refund.

  • Because all items are perishable, we do not offer refunds once an order has been picked up.

    Pickup & Delivery:

  • Orders are available for local pickup at our designated location which is determined at the time the order is placed.

  • Pickup details and times will be confirmed when you order is placed.

  • Delivery may be available during select times or events, at our discretion with the prevailing current delivery charge.

  • Because we sell under cottage food regulations, we do not offer shipping.

Quality & Care

  • We take pride in baking from scratch and providing the best quality possible. Once items leave our kitchen, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the customer. Care instructions are provided with each order to help maintain freshness.

Photos & Marketing:

  • We reserve the right to photograph our baked goods and use those images for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes. We will never share personal customer details or private event information without prior consent.

Liability:

  • By purchasing from All Things Goodness, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with consuming products made in a home kitchen and agrees to hold the business harmless from any liability related to food allergies, misuse, or improper storage after pickup.

No Resale or Redistribution:

  • All products are sold for personal consumption only. Items purchased from All Things Goodness may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed without written permission.

Late Pickups

  • Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time to ensure product freshness. If you’re running late, let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed time (without prior contact) may be forfeited without refund, as our items are perishable.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Cash App (exact options may vary).

  • Payment details are confirmed during order placement. Returned payments or charge backs will incur a fee and may result in refusal of future orders.

Privacy & Customer Information:

  • Your personal information (name, contact details, and order history) is used solely for communication and order fulfillment.

  • We will never sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.

Policy Updates:

  • All Things Goodness reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
